The advisor coordinates the entire service process, addressing issues related to vehicle maintenance, electrical problems, warranties, and more, ensuring all client concerns are managed with precision and care. Additional responsibilities include arranging alternative transportation for clients, such as taxis or rental cars, and managing service schedules to enhance client relations and satisfaction. Daily activities also involve consolidating financial transactions related to services rendered, preparing reports for the accounting department to sustain and promote the company’s image as a leader in customer satisfaction.
